Our client, a not-for-profit health care system serving the northern New York City area, is inviting you to consider joining them.
The Coordinator will supervise and perform gross examination of surgical specimens submitted for Pathologic analysis and evaluation. She/he will also maintain and monitor Anatomic Pathology’s QC/QA/PI programs, assist in Lab Information System in Anatomic Pathology and coordination of the Immunopathology section.
To qualify, you should have 5-10 years progressive experience as a Pathologist or Pathologist Assistant, along with prior experience with the operation, set-up and maintenance of AP/CP Information Systems.
Also a graduate of an accredited Pathology Assistant Program or Physician (MD, DO) with at least one year to Residency training in Pathology or Surgery.
